Private Events

We thank you for your interest in planning your event at Bohemian Caverns! Our business offers several spaces for small and large private and semi-private occasions. We look forward to tailoring a personalized package to fit your specific needs and have provided some basic information below to get you started. Reservations
Reservations are made at Bohemian Caverns and the Tap & Parlour @ Bohemian Caverns for parties of 10 or more. Parties making reservations must guarantee minimum revenue of $15.00 per person. For parties of 20 or more, in order to secure a reservation, a signed confirmation form and a deposit of 50% of your party's minimum revenue guarantee are required. Deposits are made through a credit card confirmation form. The form must be signed scanned/emailed to bohemiancaverns@gmail.com.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a reservation more than fifteen (15) days before the date of the reservation will result in a full refund of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable within five (5) days of the event date. Cancellations must be communicated via email to bohemiancaverns@gmail.com or by phone at 202.299.0800.

Menu
We offer a selection of prix fixe menus for parties of ten (10) or more to ensure guests receive the finest dining experience. Guests are encouraged to confirm menu items before confirming reservations. Our staff is always willing to accommodate any special dietary requests. We also offer a tasty menu of hors d'oeuvres and appetizers for private events. Please ask your Bohemian Caverns Event Planner for more details!

Billing and Gratuities
For parties of 10 or more, all food and beverage orders will be charged to a single bill. To accommodate party's payment needs, we can accommodate a maximum of 4 separate credit cards for a single bill. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to your final check.

Exclusive Venue Rentals
For parties interested in an exclusive venue rental, our business offers several spaces conducive to both small and large private and semi-private parties. Our event planners are more than happy to design a personalized special event package for you that fits the needs of your specific event. Please ask about our special pricing for non-profit organizations and causes.
